Rate-and-term and cash-out refinance appraisals completed under the same methodology and documentation standards as purchase work. If your borrower's equity position or property condition raises a question, we address it in the report rather than leaving it for the underwriter to flag.

Apollo Values has completed platform evaluation and training ahead of the November 2026 mandatory UAD 3.6 implementation date. Primary production for UAD 3.6 assignments runs on AIVRE. UAD 2.6 capability is maintained in parallel for non-GSE lenders and for revision and recertification work on pre-transition assignments.
If your pipeline includes both 2.6 and 3.6 transactions, you do not need two appraisers. If you need 3.6 delivery before the mandate takes effect, contact us—we can accommodate that now.

Apollo Values provides appraisal review services for lenders who need an independent assessment of an existing appraisal report prior to underwriting, investor delivery, or quality control review.
Where a reviewer's opinion of value is developed, it is disclosed and supported in the review report in compliance with USPAP Standards 3 and 4.

Apollo Values is qualified through HUD to complete appraisals for FHA-insured loans. FHA assignments are completed in compliance with HUD Handbook 4000.1, including Minimum Property Requirements and Minimum Property Standards. If a property condition issue arises during inspection, you hear about it immediately—not when the report arrives with a subject-to condition that could have been anticipated.
